In “Trio Secures Farm Future, Honors Brother Lost to Cancer,” meet dairy farmers Hannah Wood, Harrison Wood and Collin Bourcy of H. Wood Farms in Cape Vincent, N.Y. This brother-sister-cousin trio are the fourth generation on the farm started by their great-grandfather, Henry J. Wood, in 1945. Now, they work with their fathers and other family members, sharing the farm’s proud legacy.

Hannah, Collin and Harrison ascribe to a “work hard, play hard” philosophy, always inspired by Henry W. Wood, the brother and cousin they lost to leukemia when he was 10 years old.

“It would be really cool to see what Henry would be doing here today. My bet is he’d be outside with us. He loved everything about this farm,” Harrison Wood says.

Watch “This American Dairy Farmer” to learn more about this family’s close-knit bond and the orange ‘H’ that is part of their logo.
