Healthy Shamrock Smoothie

If you’re looking for a completely different twist on the classic Shamrock shake, then try this powered up fruit and veggie shake!


1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

3 kiwis, peeled and quartered

2 pears, seeded and cubed

2 cups chopped kale

2 tablespoons minced ginger

5 mint leaves

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, kiwi, pear, kale, ginger, and mint leaves.
  2. If needed, add ice to make shake colder
