

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 banana
1/4 cup chopped strawberries
3/4 cup vanilla kefir
3 ice cubes
Garnish: strawberries
Preparation
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring milk and rolled oats to a simmer for 5 minutes or until oats have absorbed most of the milk. Oatmeal will yield 1 cup. Let cool.
2. In a blender, combine 1 cup cooked oatmeal, banana, strawberries, Kefir, and ice cubes. Blend over high speed until smooth. Serve immediately with fresh strawberries.
