Spinach Orange Smoothie
Recipe developed by Chef Jon Ashton
Yield: make 6 servings
- 1 1/2 cup Mandarin oranges
- 3 bananas small
- 1 1/2 cup spinach (raw)
- 48 oz fat-free milk
- 3 cups low fat vanilla yogurt
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend oranges, banana, and spinach on high to combine.
- Add milk and yogurt as desired to reach desired consistency for smoothie.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
