Spinach Orange Smoothie

Yield: make 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Mandarin oranges
  • 3 bananas small
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach (raw)
  • 48 oz fat-free milk
  • 3 cups low fat vanilla yogurt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend oranges, banana, and spinach on high to combine.
  2. Add milk and yogurt as desired to reach desired consistency for smoothie. 
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
