Chef Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces salad greens
  • 4 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 4 ounces diced cucumbers
  • 2 ounces shredded carrots
  • 4 ounces chopped olives
  • 8 ounces julienne sliced roast beef
  • 8 ounces julienne sliced turkey
  • 8 ounces julienne sliced Swiss cheese
  • 12 each hard boiled egg wedges
  • 8 ounces cooked diced bacon
  • 8 ounces lowfat salad dressing

Preparation

To prepare each salad, toss 2 ounces salad greens, 1 ounce tomatoes, 1 ounce cucumber, ½ ounce carrot, 1 ounce olives. Arrange 2 ounces roast beef, 2 ounces turkey, 2 ounces Swiss cheese, 3 egg wedges and 2 ounces bacon over greens. Serve with 2 ounces of salad dressing.
