Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated onion
  • dash of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 French bread baguette, sliced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish, and bake for 25 minutes until bubbly. Serve with sliced baguette.
