Spinach & Artichoke Dip


1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup artichoke hearts, diced

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 French bread baguette, sliced

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Gruyere cheese, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in medium bowl and mix until well combined. Transfer to a baking dish, and bake for approximately 25 minutes, until bubbly.
  3. Serve with sliced baguette.
