  • Landon started his college football career at Florida State and played his freshman, sophomore, and junior year there while earning an undergraduate degree.

  • He transferred to Alabama as a graduate transfer for his final two season of NCAA eligibility and helped lead them to an undefeated season and CFP National Championship in 2020.

  • In college he replaced his damaged front bumper with a wooden railroad tie and bolted a ‘BAMA’ license plate on it, the ‘bumper’ gained a lot of attention on social media. In 2021, upon learning the story of Captain Brian Wolnewitz, a firefighter who was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer, he organized the Landon Dickerson Bama Bumper Fundraiser and Auctioned off his famous ‘bumper’ with all proceeds benefitting Wolnewitz’s family.
