What is DairyFAN?
The Dairy Food Advocacy Network (DairyFAN) is an innovative leadership and social media advocacy outreach program sponsored by the American Dairy Association North East (ADANE). It is designed for college students, young professionals and other advocates interested in advancing their knowledge and ability to engage on social media in the growing and complex public dialogue surrounding our farms and our food.
DairyFAN combines interactive social media engagement and leadership training, food issues education and opportunities for networking and participating in digital initiatives around food. It offers access to a valuable network of skilled professionals through a program that supports the educational, personal and professional development of DairyFAN participants.
