Are you interested in event management/marketing, theater/entertainment, sports management, nutrition or education? If so, please join our team of dedicated volunteer brand ambassadors to support the Fuel Up to Play 60 End of the Year Celebration Events in May 2020. Volunteer Brand Ambassadors will help with event operations, including items such as registration, acting as a group leader, fun and positive engagement with students, and on-site support.
Dairy farmers support in-school nutrition for students through several programs, but the largest is the partnership with the National Dairy Council and the National Football League (NFL), in collaboration with the USDA, known as the Fuel Up to Play 60 (FUTP60) program. Through this program, students are encouraged to lead healthier lives with nutrition and physical activity. In the American Dairy Association North East territory, the program is executed in partnership with the seven NFL teams in the region.
There are three steps that student teams must implement to receive the TOUCHDOWN SCHOOL designation! Once schools achieve this designation, students are invited to a celebration event hosted by the American Dairy Association North East and the NFL team partner nearest the school. There will be seven of these celebration events within the ADANE territory, and in order to throw the best celebration for these accomplished students, the ADANE staff needs volunteer brand ambassadors to support the events on site!
Volunteer Brand Ambassadors will be needed for the following events:
• May 5 – Steelers Touchdown Event in Pittsburgh, PA
• May 8 – Ravens Touchdown Event in Baltimore, MD
• May 21 – Bills Touchdown Event in Buffalo, NY
• May 22 – Eagles Touchdown Event in Philadelphia, PA
• May 28 – Giants Touchdown Event in Meadowlands, NJ
• May TBD – Redskins Touchdown Event in Ashburn, VA
• May TBD – Jets Touchdown Event in New York City
If you are interested, please fill out the form below. Additional details will be provided for volunteer ambassadors accepted for a specific event. Please reach out to Mallory Joseph at MJoseph@Milk4u.Org with any questions or concerns.
