Packing your child’s lunch box is great way to insure a healthy, well-balanced meals. We know that good nutrition and healthy habits positively affect a kid’s academic performance, which makes a healthy and balanced lunch essential for a kid’s success in school. Dairy is one of the most important ingredients in building your child’s lunch box because it is a food they love and will eat but also gives them the nutrition they need.
