Fluid milk is a $1.4 billion category and remains a “must-have” in 94 percent of U.S. households today. To build on that, checkoff has two primary goals to revitalize fluid milk sales:
- Stabilize milk sales through modern innovation that let’s “milk be milk” by expanding flavors, value-added nutrition and improved, modern packaging.
- Grow sales by using milk as a key ingredient in other beverages like ready-to-drink coffee, energy drinks and smoothies.

About American Dairy Association North East
American Dairy Association North East (ADA North East) is the dairy farmer-funded organization funded by participating dairy farmer’s checkoff investment to build demand and sales for milk and dairy foods throughout the local region.
