Dairy farmer Julia Robbins of North Harbor Dairy and Old McDonald’s Farm in Sackets Harbor, N.Y., shared a video of how ice cream is made with milk produced on their farm. This is the latest installment of ADA North East’s “Fun on the Farm” video series that has garnered 2.5 million views since launching in March!
Each Saturday a new dairy farmer shares a video clip with topics ranging from cow care and cow comfort to environmental practices to on-farm dairy processing. Later this week, King Brothers Dairy will highlight its home delivery business, which has been very popular during the quarantine.
