National Grilled Cheese Month Boosts Local Cheese Sales

ADA North East partnered with Redner’s Markets and Cabot Cheese to promote National Grilled Cheese Day last month – which resulted in a 17 percent increase in the sliced cheese category compared to last year during the campaign. 

More than 2.4 million consumers were reached through a printed ad promotion in the store’s circular for two consecutive weeks. Additional consumers were reached through an in-store cross-merchandising display with recipe cards, a print and digital article in its HealthCents publication, and a Facebook video and contest giveaway.
