The third annual Calving Corner, the live dairy cattle birthing center at the 2020 Pennsylvania Farm Show, is reaching thousands of consumers in person and through social media with positive dairy messages about dairy production.
Thousands of people gathered to witness the live births in person, and more than 1,000 people tuned in to our live You Tube channel. Six healthy calves have been born so far.
Social media engagement so far this week includes:
- Gained more than 300 Facebook followers (Currently at 3,234 followers)
- Gained approximately 150 Instagram followers (Currently at 843 followers)
- 2,347 people are subscribed for text message updates
- Reached more than 86,000 people on Facebook
