In the second half of 2020, Dairy Management Inc., the national checkoff organization, is focusing on keeping dairy an “essential constant” for families during the pandemic. Dairy sales spiked in retail as families began eating more meals at home, and its popularity grew at the height of quarantine by providing emotional comfort, security and sustainable nourishment.
