Maryland dairy farmers are well represented at the Maryland State Fair this week with the U-Learn Farm dairy stations led by Maryland Dairy Princess Elizabeth Karides and her promotion team, along with the upcoming Undeniably Dairy Shake-Off on Thursday.
ADA North East supports the learning stations by providing dairy promotional materials and information, along with sharing “Susan,” the life-size model cow for photo opportunities.
This year’s Undeniably Dairy Shake-Off, hosted by ADA North East, is set for Thursday, Sept. 2, at 2 p.m., featuring popular Baltimore area media teams who crafted their own milkshake recipes. Online voting is available through Wednesday for the People’s Choice Award that will be announced during the contest. The contest will be livestreamed on ADA North East’s Facebook page.
