Maternal Health Campaign
Our Dairy for Mom and Baby campaign kicked off National Dairy Month with our partnering registered dietitian influencers appearing on WUSA TV CBS District of Columbia, WHTM TV ABC Harrisburg, WBRE Scranton, WTAJ Altoona, and WSYR Syracuse to inform expectant mothers about the critical role dairy plays in supporting their baby’s development. The campaign also includes a 30-second promo and digital banners featuring two-time Olympian Elle St. Pierre. Registered dietitian Abbey Copenhaver spoke about the importance of dairy in the diet for moms-to-be on WIVB TV CBS Buffalo. Our Public Relations team also collaborated with the Altoona Mirror to feature ADANE’s Fill a Glass with Hope® and maternal health campaigns for June.

Fill A Glass With Hope® Campaigns
Our Fill A Glass With Hope® campaign was spotlighted by WSYR-TV ABC Syracuse with two stories at Price Chopper featuring New York State Dairy Ambassador Addison Brown and Lynn Hy of Food Bank of Central New York. The conversation continued in studio with ADANE Board President Audrey Donahoe and Lynn Hy discussing how dairy and food bank partnerships help nourish Central NY residents. Two Binghamton media outlets featured stories at Price Chopper with dairy farmers Terry Ives and Elaine Noble. The conversation continued in studio at WBNG TV CBS Binghamton with Terry Ives and Food Bank of the Southern Tier manager Maddy McClenahan discussing how dairy and food bank partnerships help nourish residents.

Savor Recipes Campaign on WPIX
In celebration of National Dairy Month, we ran a month-long media campaign with WPIX-TV in New York City to promote dairy-infused recipes from our consumer-facing website, Savor Recipes, where shoppers can buy REAL dairy with no substitutes. WPIX featured two Savor Recipes each week, kicking off with Overnight Oats and a Peanut Butter Smoothie and during June put two new Savor Recipes in the spotlight: Cherry Vanilla Smoothie and Matcha Latte Protein Shake. The campaign wrapped up with the protein-rich Savor recipe: Garlic Lemon Cottage Cheese Dip and Cottage Cheese Toast.

Influencers, Farmers Promote Dairy
Influencer Hailey McCluskey, founder of “She Likes Milk,” appeared on WIVB TV CBS Buffalo to spotlight protein-packed cottage cheese Savor recipes—aligning with our retail/e-commerce campaigns. McCluskey was also featured on WSYR TV ABC Syracuse.
Local dairy farmers took center stage in the Cortland Standard with front-page features coordinated by our Public Relations team in celebration of the people and passion behind New York’s dairy industry. The Sharpe family of Footbridge Farm was spotlighted in Local Dairy Farm Emphasizes Agricultural Education, Julia Fouts and Fouts Farm in Local Farm Promotes Dairy Education, and Dairy Ambassador Chair Tess Southern was featured in Cortland Co. Summer Meals Promotions
News coverage of Summer Meals surged across Pennsylvania with the Warrior Run School District event covered in Standard Journal and News-Item. Pittsburgh’s kickoff event generated widespread media attention. KDKA TV CBS Pittsburgh featured dairy farmer Nicole Ansell of Marburger Farm Dairy, who brought a calf. Additional coverage ran across top stations including WTAE TV ABC Pittsburgh, WPGH TV FOX Pittsburgh and WPXI TV NBC Pittsburgh. The Philadelphia event made headlines in more than 40 stories. A standout moment aired on WTXF TV FOX Philadelphia, where the Mayor made headlines of her own—feeding a calf brought in by dairy farmer Steve Harnish, of Central Manor Dairy, capturing hearts and cameras alike. Fuel Up Food Expo Story Generates $235,115 in Publicity Value!
On June 10, the Fuel Up Food Expo earned a prominent front-page placement in USA TODAY, bringing national visibility to amplifying national visibility of ADA North East’s commitment to student wellness and nutrition. This high-profile coverage stemmed from an earlier USA TODAY feature story which highlighted the May 29 Expo in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, and its impact on students from New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The event was also covered by WPVI TV ABC Philadelphia and news coverage generated 9.2 million impressions and $235,114 in publicity value.

Savor Recipes Shines at Museum Juneteenth Celebration
Dairy was front and center at The Strong Museum of Play’s Juneteenth Celebration on June 14, where Chef and Registered Dietitian Nada Mays led a colorful cookie-frosting station featuring Savor Recipes’ Hibiscus Cookies—made with dairy-rich ingredients.
