Pennsylvania Dairy Promotion Board member Jennifer Heltzel (center) and ADA North East board member Jesslyn Balmer (right), along with Pennsylvania Alternate Dairy Princess Darcy Heltzel (left), served as judges for ADA North East’s Undeniably Dairy Shake-Off, held Saturday at the Pennsylvania Farm Show. The contest pitted four media teams – three from Harrisburg and one from Wilkes-Barre – with FOX43’s “Sunrise Shake” taking top honors. All four media outlets broadcast the contest, and the event drew a large crowd to learn about dairy at the Culinary Connection stage.
