Cheese, Please! is a seasonal culinary series featuring Megha Patel of Chocolate and Cheese Please, where she unboxes the curated selections that you can shop from Pennsylvania Cheese, and transforms them into mouthwatering creations.
Megha is the creative force behind the beloved blog and social channels Chocolate and Cheese Please. She began her food-content journey six years ago, guided by the belief that “you eat with your eyes first.” What started as an interest in food photography and styling quickly evolved into a passion for crafting recipes that are as visually striking as they are delicious.
Raised in an Indian household where her mother and grandmother joyfully experimented with non-traditional dishes, Megha grew up surrounded by ingenuity in the kitchen. Their fearless, flavorful approach shaped her own style and inspired her to create vibrant fusion recipes that blend comfort, culture, and a playful spirit.
And of course, the name Chocolate and Cheese Please pays homage to two of Megha’s forever favorites. When it comes to cheese, she reaches for anything that promises a gratifying cheese pull, like an ultra-melty mozzarella or a freshly cut block of sharp cheddar.
