Dairy Advocates Virtual Culinary Experience – Cheese and Chocolate: An Unlikely Pairing!

Thursday, November 4th, 6:30 -8:30 p.m.

Your cheese & chocolate kits are shipping today n(November 1)! Please expect their arrival this Wednesday. You should have received a tracking email from Cheese Grotto to double check your delivery window. Please check your spam or promotions folder in the event you cannot find it in your inbox!

Please refrigerate the cheeses upon arrival but bring to room temperature one hour before the event starts. Ice packs can melt via transit and that is completely fine, safe to eat, and the quality has not been compromised. There is a card in the package that speaks to this as well. Specialty cheese is resilient, safe, and hardy, and Cheese Grotto often stores cheese at room temperature like the French do for days at a time.
