Come Back Stronger Webinar Series Part 2

As part of our efforts to educate and communicate with our high school athletic associations and the 15,000+ high school coaches that represent these organizations within our territory, American Dairy Association North East is continuing its Come Back Stronger webinar series, with part 2. This webinar series took place over the first three weeks of November and focused on relevant and timely topics for coaches to address with their student athletes as they return back to sports, as well as topics they deemed of interest when surveyed in September. Topics included “Feed the Need: Hunger in the Locker Room”, “Protein: How Much and How Often for the High School Athlete”, and “Nutrition Recommendations for Strength Training in the High School Athlete”.

These webinars were presented by members of our Sports Nutrition Advisory Panel. There were 45 total registrants, with many others watching the recordings on demand at their own convenience. Of those that registered, on average, eatch registrant communicates with 331 high school student athletes on a monthly basis.

In total, eight lucky attendees were selected to win raffle prizes which included a Refuel with Chocolate Milk-branded portable cooler for their school along with a $300 gift card to stock with chocolate milk.
