Do you know what you are pouring into your cereal or coffee?

Well, it depends on what you choose.

When you choose milk, there are 3 ingredients — milk, vitamin A and Vitamin D.

The Vitamin A and D are added in to help you reach your daily recommended intake for those vitamins.  Milk naturally has Vitamin A in it but becomes fortified with additional Vitamin A post processing to help you reach your needs.  The other ingredient, Vitamin D, is added to work with Calcium to aid in bone health.

When you choose almond milk, there are 11 ingredients starting with filtered water.  That means the ingredient in the largest amount you’re having is just water.
