Precautionary social distancing measures have forced members of society to stay inside and find new ways to keep in the best of shape and stay upbeat.
U.S. Olympic Gold Medalist in track & field English Gardner is no different any other person or athlete when it comes to this. Her shot to defend her Olympic Gold medal has been postponed and she has to be creative to stay at the top of her game during this crisis.
