Updating Retail Dairy Cases Sells More Milk

ADA North East’s retail team recently provided a dairy checkoff update at the Stewart’s Shops producer luncheon. The New York convenience store retail chain that processes and sells milk from 30 local dairies is proposing dairy aisle updates in 20-30 stores that will feature cooler door graphics and overhead signage featuring Stewart’s producers. Discussions are also underway for a potential farm-to-store-to-table video for in-store and social media uses.

By working with local retailers, ADA North East is providing a positive shopping experience and helping consumers make the connection to who is producing their food, with the ultimate goal of selling more dairy.
